45 Fuel

Coffee. Cars.
& Lifestyle.

A cars, bikes and coffee clubhouse at the front of Snetterton business park. Open daily, 8 to 3.

A clubhouse, not a car park with a coffee machine.

45 Fuel was opened in August 2026 by Nathan Read and Jamie Ross, the pair behind R Racing. It is the place they wanted to exist: proper coffee, a floor full of machinery worth walking around, and enough room that a family on a Sunday feels as welcome as a track regular on a Tuesday.

Our vision has always been to create far more than just a venue for racing and supercar enthusiasts.

The floor changes.

Rare, luxury and high performance cars rotate through the clubhouse, so there is usually something different to walk around. Bikes too, and a Ginetta prototype that lives there.

Coffee worth the drive.

Beans from Camden Coffee Roastery, pulled on a La Marzocco. Flat whites, matcha, filter, and a deli counter running until close.

The board behind the counter does not sell coffee by size. It sells it by grade.

Classic pastries, fresh focaccia sandwiches and local ice creams. Inside and outside seating, so you can sit with a coffee and watch what rolls in.

Have a look round.

A small, picked-over rack of motoring and lifestyle kit sits alongside the counter. YETI coolers, bottles and bags, caps, shirts, and beans to take home.

Meets, charity days and community events run through the year. Instagram is where they get announced first.
